Titan Castle of Saturn, Make up!: Says this to transform into Eternal Sailor Saturn. She calls upon her Mother Star Castle; which appears as a brightly glowing purple star.
Death Reborn Revolution: Saturn's lifts up her Silence Glaive and is wrapped in millions of ribbons. The power is extremely destructive, totaling much of Tokyo when used, and it can destroy the world.
Silence Wall: Useing her glaive, she creates a protective shield around herself and who ever she wants to protect.
Silence Glaive Surprise: Bringing her glaive down in a slashing motion; she creates a ball of energy that she sends at the targets. It's a very powerful attack.
HISTORY-
Hotaru is an only child; she attended Mugen Gakuen in the sixth grade where her father, Tomoe Souichi, was the principal. Her father is Tomoe Souichi, a famous genetic scientist who was rejected from the scientific community for his experiments and desire to create superhumans. After he was rejected, he bought up the Infinity zone, where Mugen Gakuen [Infinity Academy] is, and where he is the principal. When Hotaru was 8 years old, a fire broke out in the Infinity zone buildings that were under construction and Keiko, Hotaru's mother, died in the fire (at age 32). The fire apparently caused Tomoe to go totally insane. Afterwards, the Death Busters came to Tomoe in his lab during a big experiment, and he joined them. Hotaru was seriously injured in the fire but was saved by her father's experimentations on her, and he turned her into a human cyborg in order to try to create a superhuman. Tomoe is revealed to have a daemon in him; he is gravely injured. Hotaru is transformed into Mistress 9 a powerful daemon under Pharoh 90's control. After Hotaru is reborn at the end of the Infinity arc, her father raises the new infant until the three Outer Senshi collect her and decide to raise Hotaru.
Hotaru ages dramatically and has a second set of parents in Tenoh Haruka, Kaioh Michiru, and Meioh Setsuna.Hotaru calls them "Haruka-papa", "Michiru-mama", and "Setsuna-mama." She goes from child to preteen in less then an evening before Galaxia's attacks. She is considered the most powerful of the outer senshi, and she is considered the leader of them.
Hotaru attends Juuban High school.
HOME-
She lives with Setsuna, Haruka, and Michiru in a house.
Hotaru is a very out going person; as if she is making up for all the times she was ill and kept isolated in her former life. She unlike the three other outers is more trusting of others. She is very kind and like to have fun.
